Great location, right off I-74 & Spruce Hills Dr/Utica Ridge Road. Big Gas Station/Store next to it, plus a new restaurant within a short walk. Multiple restaurant options north of the hotel on Utica Ridge Road. 53rd Street & Utica Ridge corridor has HyVee Grocery Store, movie theatre, more restaurants, stores, etc. Many business people were staying here. Strict rules about running in hallways, noise control during night time, etc. which is nice. Didn't do breakfast, so can't comment on that. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is pretty good. The staff is very helpful and are a big asset. The place was quiet which was important to get good nights sleep. The bathrooms are nice and bright with a good shower. The beds are comfortable. Location of the hotel lets you get right on the interstate to travel which is good for getting around easily. They have omelettes that are from frozen but taste OK and breakfast sandwiches are OK.

The structure itself is very modern and functional, the cleanliness of the structure is top noch, good size parking lot. I really loved the choice of Chem free soap, shampoo and shower gel. The location is set not too far away from nice bar, restaurants and parks in the area.

Elevator, hard bed, good A/C, water flow from sinks, shower head was good. Breakfast variety was OK.

The room was nice and quiet which has been hard to find at other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very new and clean. The fridge was nice size and there was some silverware and plates if needed. There is a lot of usable space on the shelves in front of the bed which I like to have to set out things for the next day.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet on the 4th floor. I wasn't sure it would be considering the large number of youth baseball staying there.

The hotel is on a convenient location near the interstate yet it's quiet.

It was so clean and welcoming! The bed could be a bit more comfy, but I slept well!

I liked everything. The room was big. The beds were comfortable. It was awesome having a refrigerator in the room. It was a nice location. The rooms were clean. The shower was great. Everything was awesome.
